Kirk Edwards has a love for and has found success in fil, start‐up ventures, nonprofit organizations, and politics.

While attending university, Kirk worked as a wedding and event videographer on evenings and weekends, learning these skills from one of the most respected figures in the wedding videography industry, Mike Nelson. He also worked in an eight month internship with The National Center on Shaken Baby Syndrome, to help prevent infant abuse. In this capacity, he overhauled the organization’s website to make it more donor friendly, helped plan their annual symposium, designed dozens of magazine ads, and provided the creative that was used in a regional campaign in conjunction with the University of Carloina and the Carolina Hurricanes NHL team. He was so successful, that he was offered a full time position when he graduated.

Immediately after graduation, Kirk teamed up with two friends and put together an outdoor lifestyle expo, that despite only having five months to put together on a limited budget, was a big success with 120 vendors, on‐site live broadcasts from the major news outlets, and we even staged one leg of a national rock climbing competition as part of our event. All three were able to leverage this event into landing in good careers.

For his part, Kirk was brought into a niche jewelry company called Ringmasters to help introduce them to the online age, and adapt their product line for other vertical markets. In this capacity, Kirk has created three successful national brands in book publishing, inspirational gifts, and collegiate licensed gifts.

In 2019, Kirk started his own media company that both publishes books and creates online content. Although he has always had a great love for the In 2022 he helped lead the successful “Seniors for Mike Lee” campaign in Utah where he designed advertising for both traditional and online media, interviewed seniors, helped develop the campaign strategy, partnered with local media outlets for both content sharing and advertising, wrote and edited content, among other duties. This campaign was nationally honored with a Pollie Award, which has been called, “The Oscars of Political Advertising.”

Kirk is married and the father of three children.
